Vincent joined Alpha in 2020 and is a Director based in France.

He is involved in the monitoring of the Vervent Group, Cyrillus Verbaudet and Feu Vert.

He started his career in 2011 as a Corporate Lawyer in Paris and London, before joining the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in London. In 2018, he joined buyout firm Terra Firma Capital Partners as an Associate Director with responsibility for France Coverage. Over the past 9 years, he’s worked on a variety of LBO transactions in the business services, consumer and industrial sectors.

Vincent graduated from HEC Paris and Harvard University, and also holds Master and PhD degrees in Corporate Law from University Paris-II Panthéon-Assas
