ESG Manager / Germany

Antonietta is the firm’s primary point of contact for all ESG matters and is leading the ongoing formulation of Alpha's policy and strategy in this area.

Antonietta has been working at Alpha since 2014 and has 20 years of experience in the private equity industry. She was part of the corporate function team for several years at Alpha. Following on from ESG training and the passion Antonietta has for the subject Antonietta was appointed ESG Manager where she will spend 100% of her time in this field.

Antonietta is continuing the formalisation, expansion and improvement of the firm’s existing ESG activities and initiatives and is also working very closely with Alpha's portfolio companies to make sure they are educated eith regards to ESG and constantly tracking KPIs.

Antonietta's role not only ensures Alpha adheres to these practices but to see how the firm can go even further to ensure it is working and operating as sustainably as possible.
