Conditions for acces and use
The User acknowledges that he/she has the skills and resources necessary for accessing and consulting the Website. He/She shall also ensure that all persons accessing the Website through his/her internet connection has read these TOU and accepts them. The User also acknowledges that that he/she has verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses and that it is perfect working condition. Furthermore, the User agrees not to access or remain in the Website fraudulently, nor to impede or alter its operation notably by infecting it with viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or any other programme that could cause damage to the Website and/or adversely affect ALPHA's data. The User could be subject to prosecution by ALPHA and access to the Website could be blocked.

The www.alphapef.com website, its overall structure, as well as the texts, images whether animated or not, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics (etc.) and all other elements comprising the Website, are the exclusive property of ALPHA. All use or reproduction, whether total or partial, of the Website, elements comprising it and/or information contained therein, by any means whatsoever, is strictly forbidden and constitutes counterfeiting unless prior written authorisation is obtained from ALPHA. All hyperlinks offering to redirect people to the www.alphapef.com website require prior written authorisation from ALPHA.

Applicable Law - Court of competent jurisdiction
The contractual clauses herein are subject to Luxembourg law. All litigation relative to the contractual clauses of the Site shall come under the legal competence of the Luxembourg courts.
